Within the scope of Modelling and Simulation; works are conducted in production-oriented companies with mathematical modelling and simulation tools to make Industry 4.0 transformations of existing production processes. It is aimed to reach the virtual factory by creating virtual twins of our production processes and to improve automation and digitization infrastructure of the facilities.
Within the structure of the service-oriented companies, on the other hand, the simulations developed in the direction of the digitization strategy and the verified digitized process models are associated with the large data being collected in the automation and planning systems. Correlations that may not be revealed by people on large data may be detected with these models.
Thus; with production/consumption forecasting models that are able to use both past and planning data, it is aimed to enhance both productivity and quality and add value to Borusan companies and Borusan customers.
